What is Kids Back 2 Sport?

The ‘Kids Back 2 Sport’ group is designed to ensure that parents can find an appropriately skilled healthcare professional when their sporty child is injured.
 
Kids are not mini adults! They have different anatomy and injuries from adults, and therefore, need a different approach to treatment by health professionals who have experience in being able to accurately diagnose and rehabilitate children.
 
Our Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Alyson Matheson has undertaken numerous post graduate qualifications and has extensive experience in managing Paediatric MSK and Sports Injuries.
 
Alyson has developed the specialist assessment skills, rehabilitation protocols and specialist knowledge on how to educate the child and their parents to reduce the risk of recurrence and future injury.
